Overview
The FinnOne Re-engineering CoE initiative focused on modernizing the legacy end-of-day (EOD) batch processing system used in the ICICI Bank lending platform powered by Nucleus Software FinnOne. The existing system faced performance limitations and required several hours to complete daily batch processing, which often led to operational delays and impacted overall banking services. To address these challenges, the EOD processing module was re-engineered with optimized processing techniques and redesigned workflows.mcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Purpose:
To modernize the legacy FinnOne end-of-day (EOD) batch processing system used by ICICI Bank, which was inefficient and required several hours to complete, leading to operational delays and affecting customer service.
Solution Delivered:
Re-engineered the EOD processing module by introducing optimized processing techniques and redesigning workflows to enhance system performance, improve throughput, and ensure faster batch execution.
Technologies Used:
Implemented technologies such as C++, Java, JSP, Struts, and Beeline processing techniques to support high-speed batch execution and improved system performance.
Value Addition:
Significantly reduced EOD processing time, enhanced overall system efficiency and stability, and minimized service disruptions that were previously caused by slow legacy batch operations.
