Overview

The Mobility Solutions CoE initiative was developed to support ICICI Bank in adopting a mobile-first strategy across its banking operations in India. The primary objective of this initiative was to build mobility-driven solutions that enhance digital banking services and improve customer accessibility. As part of this initiative, multiple mobile applications were developed across various asset and liability segments, including agri-loan solutions, agri-health monitoring, and tablet-based banking platforms. These applications were designed to simplify banking processes and provide seamless access to banking services for both customers and field staff. The solutions were built using technologies such as IBM MobileFirst, Java, Struts, and Oracle to ensure reliable performance and enterprise-level scalability.
