Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and Generate Business Opportunities:
- Responsible for boosting company sales by acquiring new banking and finance clients and persuading existing clients to acquire more services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, industries, and clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s IT products or services and their competitive advantage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.

- Relationship Building and Client Management:

Qualification & Experience

- Knowledge in Banking & Finance domain / IT Sales & Marketing/Presales/Lead Generation is must

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality software products
- Develop project plans, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Manage project resources, including project team members, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct regular project meetings to ensure project requirements are being met
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and management
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices

Qualification & Experience

We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager with a minimum of 7 – 9 years of total experience, out of which min 2-3 years experience as a Software Delivery Manager with an IT company preferably in the Banking Domain and have handled a team size of more than 10 people for a substantial period.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers to deliver customer requirements, on time, and within budget while ensuring a high level of quality.
- Tracking a project against schedules and taking corrective actions on slippage. Escalation to the next level in case of slippage / likely slippage in time or quality parameters.
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Regular coordination with clients, internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Prepare/review project documents such as FSD/FRD
Qualification & Experience
