• Business Analyst – Retail Lending (Job Code : BA-Lending-01)
• 6+ years of experience as a business analyst with an IT company.
• Thorough knowledge of Retail Lending Business
• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document, coordinating with customers as well as software development team to translate business requirements into technical specification.
• Having worked in Retail Lending department of a bank would be an advantage.

• Business Analyst – Cash Management (Job Code : BA-Cash-01)
• 6+ years of experience as a business analyst with an IT company.
• Thorough knowledge of Corporate Cash Management (Collections) Business
• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document, Business Process Engineering, coordinating with customers as well as software development team to translate business requirements into technical specification.

• Technical Architect - Java, C/C++ (Job Code : ARCH-01)
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
• Thorough knowledge of various architecture standards, design patterns etc
• Should have acted as a lead architect for at least 3 projects of reasonable size.
• Having domain knowledge of Banking and Finance would be an advantage.

• Senior Software Developer (Job Code : SSE-C-02)
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development using C++ and Unix (any flavor).
• Good hands-on knowledge of RDBMS
• Experience in preparing program specification, coding, testing and review of work done by peers
